WordPress.com: Live theme preview and a new theme

WordPress.com is upping its game with the live theme preview feature, which allows theme customization while either testing or prior to switching to a different theme. Customization options include headers and backgrounds, navigation, site title and tagline, and theme-specific settings.

Concrete5: New themes and add-ons

Edublogs: Custom CSS and image widget

Onesheet: User dashboard

Onesheet is upgrading its user homepage yet again, and this time it’s morphing into a dashboard. Existing account-oriented content such as messages and settings will now show up here. A couple of features are new to the dashboard: page view stats, tracking codes for creating trackable URLs, and private pages.

Radium3: Editable background images
